SHIPPING
Shipping within Germany is free. Express shipping can be booked at an additional cost.
Deliveries abroad may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price displayed.

Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days after the order is placed. The production takes about 14 working days.

RETURN

All must-have hair wigs and extensions are non-returnable.

There are two reasons for this:

1) To protect the health of our customers

We have a duty of care for all of our customers. Some of our customers only buy our products for medicinal purposes. Because of this, we must ensure that our products are risk-free, safe and fit for purpose.

For example:

It is possible for some clients to have skin infections such as tinea capitis, more commonly referred to as ringworm, which can cause significant hair loss. It is a highly contagious fungal skin infection that can occur on the scalp and cause scaling, itching and redness in a circular pattern. Reselling a returned wig to a customer who is susceptible to infection without being sanitized would be negligent and is considered dangerous.

Fungal spores can live on any surface that has dead skin cells. The disinfection of a returned wig must be done at high temperatures using chemicals that compromise the integrity of the hairpiece and make the product appear to be of a poorer quality than it should have been when new.

2) Custom made

We only make every wig and extension to your order. We take your individual wishes into account (length, volume, coloring, cut, construction). Each must-have hair is made individually. We do not have stock items or mass production. Each product is therefore a custom-made product and therefore excluded from return.

OUR PROMISE

It is our responsibility and to protect the health and safety of all our customers to comply with this policy.

However, if you are not completely happy with a feature of your musthavehair wig or extensions, you are welcome to contact us by email (support@musthavehair.de) within 30 days of receipt of the product. We would be happy to adapt the product to your wishes.
